Fidelity China Special Situations - C share issue
Slaughter and May is advising Fidelity China Special Situations plc on the issue of 166.25 million C shares for a price of £1.00 per share by way of an open offer, offer for subscription and placing.
The issue was announced and the prospectus was published on 07 January 2011.
