Autonomy - Recommended cash offer by Hewlett-Packard
Slaughter and May is advising Autonomy Corporation plc, the UK's largest software company, on a recommended cash offer by Hewlett-Packard Vision B.V., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard Company, for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Autonomy Corporation plc.
The transaction, which was announced on 18 August 2011, values Autonomy at approximately £7.09 billion.
