Arsenal FC - Sale of Queensland Road
Slaughter and May advised Arsenal Football Club on the sale of Queensland Road North East to the south of the Emirates Stadium. The purchaser is a joint venture vehicle formed by Barratt Developments and Zest Homes. In addition to three towers of market residential units, the development will include commercial space which will be built by the JV at its cost and leased back to Arsenal for use in connection with the Stadium. It is the last substantial development of land owned by the Club at Ashburton Grove following the move from Highbury.
