Arsenal - Recommended mandatory offer to be made by KSE, UK, Inc.
Slaughter and May is acting for existing client Arsenal in relation to the recommended mandatory offer by KSE, UK, Inc. (a company wholly-owned and controlled by Stanley Kroenke).
The offer was announced on 11 April 2011 and values Arsenal at approximately £731 million.
