Alliance Bank of Kazakhstan - Proceedings in the High Court
Slaughter and May are advising Alliance Bank of Kazakhstan in commencing proceedings and in seeking and obtaining a freezing order and related disclosure orders from the High Court against 15 defendants. The defendants, based in Liechtenstein, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Dubai, Samoa and the BVI are alleged to have conspired to orchestrate a US$1.1 billion fraud against the Bank and we are seeking the maximum possible recovery.
