Aker Solutions - Transfer of Process and Construction businesses
Slaughter and May, working as an integrated team with BAHR, advised Aker Solutions ASA, a leading global provider of engineering and construction services, technology products and integrated solutions, on the transfer of operations within its Process and Construction business area to Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for approximately NOK 5.5 billion (US $913 million) in cash, subject to completion adjustments.
The transaction was announced on 22 December 2010 and completed on 01 Feb 2011.
