Zamin Resources - Sale of remaining Stake in Bahia Minerals B.V. Iron Ore Project
Slaughter and May is advising Zamin Resources, the private developer of major new iron ore resources in South America, on the sale of its remaining 50% stake in the Bahia Minerals B.V. iron project, Brazil, to Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC for a total consideration of US$735 million.
The sale was announced on 22 September 2010.
Zamin Resources were also advised by Mattos Filho (Brazilian law) and Stek (Dutch law).
