List of all recent work 

Slaughter and May has advised Westbrook Partners on the acquisition of two City of London investment properties. Westbrook Partners acquired Pellipar House, 9 Cloak Lane, EC4 from ING Real Estate on 18th June and St. Paul's House, 8-12 Warwick Lane, EC4 from City Hotel Management on 5 August. We also advised on the related asset management arrangements with Beltane Asset Management and the internal financing.

Norton Rose and Bishop & Sewell advised the respective sellers.
