Westbrook - Acquisition of an Industrial Portfolio from UBS

Slaughter and May acted for U.S. real estate fund manager Westbrook Partners on the acquisition of a portfolio of 14 light industrial estates from UBS. The portfolio has been acquired for an undisclosed sum and consists of 14 assets including estates at Milton Keynes, Coventry, Havant, Hayes and Totton. The portfolio extends to a total area of just under 3 million sq ft and currently produces a rent roll of c.£5,900,000 from approximately 70 tenants.

M7 Real Estate LLP has been appointed the asset manager of the portfolio by the new owner, Northcreek Estates, a Jersey-based affiliate of Westbrook.
