Intermediate Capital Group - Acquisition of a majority stake in Longbow Real Estate Capital
Slaughter and May is advising Intermediate Capital Group PLC, the FTSE 250 listed investment firm and asset manager, on the proposed acquisition of a 51% stake in Longbow Real Estate Capital LLP (Longbow).
Longbow is a specialist fund manager providing mezzanine finance and debt to the UK commercial property market.
The acquisition was announced on 17 December 2010.
