INEOS - Disposal of INEOS Fluor

Slaughter and May, as an integrated team with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, advised INEOS on the disposal of its international fluorochemicals business, with operations located in the UK, US and Japan, to Mexichem SA de CV. The deal, announced on 02 February 2010 and subject to receipt of relevant regulatory and other third party consents, is expected to close by the end of March.
