Slaughter and May, London and Hong Kong, acted for Fidelity China Special Situations PLC, a new investment trust, in relation to its admission to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority by way of offer for subscription and placing, seeking to raise approximately £650 million. The investment manager is to be FIL Investment Management (Hong Kong) Limited. The expected listing date is 19 April 2010.
