Electric & General - Proposed unitisation
Slaughter and May is advising Taube Hodson Stonex Partners (THSP) LLP, the manager of Electric & General, in relation to a proposal to convert the investment trust into an open-ended investment company.
The unitisation was announced in November after the company’s shares had been trading at a discount to NAV for a protracted period.
