British Airways - European Commission clears merger between British Airways and Iberia
Slaughter and May is advising British Airways on a proposed merger with Iberia, creating a new leading European airline group and one of the world's largest airlines. The European Commission cleared the proposed merger unconditionally under the EU Merger Regulation on 14 July 2010.
