Arsenal - Development of Queensland Road

Slaughter and May advised Arsenal on the sale and development of the Queensland Road site to the south of the Emirates Stadium. The development will comprise 729 residential units, retail, office, and leisure use and associated infrastructure including a new CHP plant. We provided real estate, planning, construction and finance advice.
