Aegis - Facility agreement
Slaughter and May advised Aegis, leading a team including Moses & Singer LLP, Ogier and Addisons, in connection with a £450 million multicurrency revolving credit facility entered into between Aegis Group plc and various other members of the Aegis Group and a syndicate of banks, for the purpose of refinancing the main revolving credit facility of the Aegis Group.
