Advent International - Sale of Takko to Apax
Slaughter and May advised Advent International, one of the leading global private equity firms, on the sale of Takko Holding GmbH to the private equity investment group Apax Partners. Takko is among the most successful fashion retailers in Europe. The sale was announced on 23 December 2010.
