Slaughter and May advised the Wadia group of companies in relation to the termination of their joint venture relationships with Groupe Danone S.A. The transaction involved the Wadia group's acquisition of Danone's 50% indirect interest in ABI Holdings Limited, the joint venture company which holds a controlling interest in Britannia Brands Limited, a leading bakery company listed in India.
