United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority - Sale of UKAEA
Slaughter and May is advising the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority on the proposed sale of UKAEA Ltd to Babcock International Group PLC for £50 million in cash.
UKAEA provides a wide range of services in the nuclear market including programme management, decommissioning, waste management, environmental services and technical consulting.
The proposed sale was announced on 18 September 2009 and will complete when customary approvals are obtained.
