Pembroke Real Estate - Letting of 49 Park Lane

Slaughter and May advised Pembroke Real Estate, the property investment arm of Fidelity, on the grant of a lease of the whole of its newly constructed building at 49 Park Lane to the Washington DC law firm, Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP. The lease of 25,000 square feet of space is for a term of 10 years. The building has been nominated for the award of West End Development of the Year at the Office Development Awards 2009.
