Melrose - Sale of FKI Logistex North America
Slaughter and May is advising Melrose PLC on the sale of FKI Logistex Holdings Inc., the holding company of the FKI Logistex North America business, to Intelligrated Inc for US$40 million.
FKI Logistex North America is a leading provider of automated material handling solutions.
The disposal was announced on 28 May 2009 and is expected to complete in June 2009.
