Hub Telecom - Acquisition of Masternaut UK Limited
Slaughter and May, working as an integrated team with Bredin Prat, is advising Hub Telecom, a subsidiary of Aeroports de Paris, on the acquisition of Masternaut UK Limited, the leading UK distributor of mobile tracking devices.
The acquisition was announced on 1 December 2009.
