Slaughter and May is advising Albion Equity Partners LLP on its joint investment with The Licensing Company Limited in a $4 million, 50% interest in Iconix Europe LLC a joint venture with US licensing company Iconix.

The joint venture will work to develop and license Iconix brands in Europe.
