Slaughter and May, as an integrated team with Uría Menéndez, is advising AES Solar Energy Ltd (a joint venture between AES Corporation and Riverstone private equity group) and its subsidiaries in connection with EUR 70 million financing arranged by Unicredit Medicredito Centrale, S.P.A. and Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. which relates to five solar energy projects in Spain, two in the Extremadura region and three in the Andalusia region.
