Accsys Technologies - Fundraising
Slaughter and May is advising Accsys Technologies plc on a fundraising to raise EUR 17 million through an issue of shares to institutional investors and senior management. It will also issue shares to discharge EUR 4 million of debt.
The fundraising was announced on 8 December.
