Telelogic - European Commission clearance of proposed acquisition by IBM
Slaughter and May is advising Telelogic on its acquisition by IBM. Both companies are suppliers of software development tools (i.e. software used to develop software). The European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition unconditionally at Phase II of the ECMR on 5 March 2008.
