Ocado - Renegotiation of Waitrose sourcing and branding arrangements; sale of John Lewis Partnership stake

Slaughter and May is advising Ocado, the online grocery delivery business, on the renegotiation of its sourcing and branding arrangements with Waitrose and on arrangements relating to the sale of the John Lewis Partnership's 29 per cent. stake in Ocado to the John Lewis Partnership Pension Fund.
