Marsh & McLennan Companies - Global Risk Capital discontinues proceedings
Slaughter and May advised Marsh & McLennan Companies in relation to proceedings - now discontinued - brought by Global Risk Capital Limited in the Commercial Court in London. The case involved complex issues regarding the meaning and effect of a number of contracts of insurance, trusts, letters of credit and schemes of arrangement.
