Slaughter and May is advising Law Debenture as a bond trustee in numerous aspects of the Eurotunnel restructuring. This is one of the largest and most complex restructurings there has been and involved issues with various Eurotunnel companies during the period of the restructuring and refinancing negotiations and also when the companies entered the sauvegarde process pursuant to the order of the Paris Commercial Court.
