Derwent London - REIT conversion
Slaughter and May is advising Derwent London plc on its conversion to a Real Estate Investment Trust which is proposed to have effect from 1 July, 2007. A circular setting out certain amendments which are proposed to be made to Derwent London’s articles of association in connection with the REIT conversion was posted to shareholders on 31 May, 2007.
