Schroders - Outsourcing agreement

  • 07 Mar 2006

On 28 February, 2006 Schroders and CSC entered into a new seven year and ten month agreement for the outsourcing of certain IT and related services. Under the agreement, which is valued at approximately £134 million, CSC will be responsible for the management of Schroders' UK IT infrastructure, including the provision of desktop computing, helpdesk, midrange and voice services, and application support. CSC have provided infrastructure and application services to Schroders since June 2001 and this new agreement replaces the current arrangements.

Slaughter and May advised Schroders.
