Slaughter and May is advising GE Fanuc Embedded Systems Inc on a recommended cash offer for Radstone Technology PLC. The offer values Radstone Technology PLC at approximately £130.4 million.
GE Fanuc Embedded Systems Inc is a wholly–owned subsidiary of GE Fanuc Automation Americas, Inc. which is, in turn, a subsidiary of both GE Fanuc Automation Corporation and General Electric Company. GE Fanuc Automation Corporation, headquartered in Charlottesville, VA, is a joint venture between General Electric and Fanuc.
