BAE Systems - Sale of shareholding in Airbus
Slaughter and May, working as an integrated team with Bredin Prat, advised BAE Systems plc on the disposal of its 20 per cent. shareholding in Airbus S.A.S. to European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company EADS N.V.
On Friday 13 October, 2006 BAE Systems plc announced that the disposal was completed.
