Slaughter and May advised Santander UK Group Holdings PLC on its issue of £500 million Fixed Rate Reset Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities and the purchase and cancellation of £300 million existing Fixed Rate Reset Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities.

The Securities issued have been fully subscribed for by Banco Santander, S.A. and have been admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin, and trading on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
