Slaughter and May advised Pacific Equity Partners and The Carlyle Group on the Hong Kong aspects of the joint acquisition of the iNova Pharmaceuticals business from Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. for US$930 million.

iNova markets a diversified portfolio of prescription and OTC medicines and has operations in more than 15 countries worldwide.
