Retirement of Slaughter and May partner Malcolm Nicholson

Slaughter and May partner Malcolm Nicholson will be retiring on 30 April 2009.

Malcolm joined the firm as an articled clerk in 1972 and became a partner in 1982. He took over as Head of the Competition group in 1995 and has played a significant role in its development. He was also a key architect in the creation of the Brussels office. He has had a number of outstanding successes on anti-trust matters including those for Heinz, the Newspaper Publishers' Association and MyTravel.
