Slaughter and May

Slaughter and May is a partnership constituted under the laws of England and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. A copy of the Solicitors' Code of Conduct 2007, which sets out the rules of professional conduct which apply to solicitors, is available on the Solicitors Regulation Authority's website, http://www.sra.org.uk/. All the partners of Slaughter and May are solicitors, qualified in England and Wales.

The Hong Kong partnership of Slaughter and May is regulated by The Law Society of Hong Kong. A copy of the Hong Kong Solicitors' Guide to Professional Conduct, is available on The Law Society of Hong Kong's website, http://www.hklawsoc.org.hk/. All the partners in Hong Kong are solicitors, qualified in England and Wales, and as such are also regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Slaughter and May maintains professional indemnity insurance as required by the Solicitors' Indemnity Insurance Rules. That insurance covers the professional services provided by the firm worldwide and the lead insurer is QBE Casualty Syndicate 386 of Plantation Place, 30 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BD. Travelers Insurance Company Limited of Exchequer Court, 33 St. Mary Axe, London EC3A 8AG is our co-insurer.
